The customer support person I spoke to was able to give me detailed information regarding the internal hardware and software supplied with the PC, some of which was quite technical . 4 delivery dates, 4 non deliveries, still waiting after 4 weeks. No one bothered to contact me, I had to chse.
I requested specific information and this was ignore.
VERY poor service.
I will not use them again and will encourage others NOT to use them as well.
With this approach to customer service, I an surprised they are still in business!
