Very good. Onl bad note was no note through my letter box informing that the goods had been left with a neighbor.
As my neighbor is very good this was not a problem but I could see that being a problem in some cases

I purchased the ipod and a few days later I had to query something with Lasky's and noticed the price had been reduced by 10 pounds. They refunded the 10 pounds amount to my bank account without any argument over the price. Satisfied customer.
