Pros: This package has everything you need for great high definition gaming for an incredible price.
Cons: You must have an hdmi port on your tv.
The bottom line: This is a great console. Microsoft finally made it worth the money.
Graphics: This console has astonishing graphics! If you have not seen Gears of War in HD then you are missing out!
Cost Benefit: You can't go wrong with this unit. It has a much bigger hard drive than the PS3 and the online gaming experience on Xbox Live is second to none. There are also tons more games for the 360 than for PS3 and the graphics are much better.
Design: With the external HD DVD Player, you don't have to worry about wearing out your Xbox 360 by playing movies on it. If the external drive fails at some point then all you have to replace is the drive and not the whole Xbox 360. Speaking of HD DVDs, they are so fun to watch. During play they give you the option to view details about the making of a particular scene as well as informationabout the actors in that scene.
Xbox Live: Xbox Live is awesome! You can download movies and TV shows from Xbox Live. In addition to that you can download demos of new games that are on sale, that way you don't have to gamble by buying the game and later finding out that you don't like it.
Extras: With the Xbox Elite you can stream music and video from your PC and coming soon you will be able to watch live TV on your Xbox 360 Elite. There is no other gaming system out there that can touch it!
